Brian and Kim Coates have been working together for 15 years in business and would love the opportunity to work with you. Together they have worked in many aspects of construction and real estate and will put that knowledge to work for their clients. They will take on any challenge and not only get it done but enjoy getting it done! With our son we love living on the central coast, and the lifestyle it offers. The laid back atmosphere and great people made it our first choice when it came to our son growing up and going to school. His favorite spot to play and enjoy the ocean is at Avila Beach were everyday seems to be a great day. We love to visit the many beaches of Shell Beach and Pismo Beach at sunset. This is a place where neighbors come out and enjoy the views and each other.
